CENTRALIA — Fairview Park Plaza in Centralia has new owners. Albanese Cormier Holdings has announced its purchase of the center from Phillips Edison and Company.

Albanese Cormier is a national commercial real estate investment company based in Beaumont, Texas.

It currently holds over five million square feet of 78 strategically placed properties throughout 22 states. The Fairview Park Plaza has just over 274,000 square feet.

The Director of Leasing at Albanese Cormier Brandi Norwood says ACH plans to aggressively pursue leasing opportunities at Fairview Park Plaza.

City Manager Dan Ramey says the city has been communicating with ACH and is pleased to report their representatives have already started working to recruit new tenants and possible expansions that are very exciting.

Mayor Tom Ashby says the city is looking forward to working with ACH and other businesses as they continue to market Centralia as a retail hub for the regional community.
