Jefferson County Arrest Reports 9-11-18

MT. VERNON — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrest to WMIX News:

39-year-old Albert Vipperman of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for domestic battery.
