MT. VERNON — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to  WMIX News:

26-year-old Kristopher Barnard of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Illinois State Police Monday for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

38-year-old Cyrus Smith of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Monday for driving on a suspended license.

49-year-old Perry Israel of Greenwood, IN was arrested by Illinois State Police Monday on an out of state warrant.

52-year-old Thomas Mauer of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday for possession of meth less than five grams.

41-year-old Timothy Smith of Johnston City was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for possession of meth less than five grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

25-year-old Jacklyn Steed was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for possession of meth less than five grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

38-year-old Vincent Davis of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for driving during revocation, DUI with license revoked, and resisting a peace officer.
