A 31-year-old Centralia man was sentenced Wednesday in Clinton County Court to 3-years in prison after his drug court status was revoked on a 2013 felony burglary case.

Daniel Myers was entered into the drug court program a few months after his 2013 arrest for Class 3 felony burglary and had been sanctioned multiple times before his probation from drug court was revoked.

Myers’ 3-year prison sentence handed down in Clinton County will be served concurrently with any sentence he may receive in Jefferson County on a 2016 felony theft charge.

Upon completion of his prison sentence, Myers will have to complete one-year mandatory supervised release and pay nearly $2,000 in fines, fees, and restitution.
