A joint investigation between the Flora Police Department and the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force has resulted in the arrests of two people over the weekend for alleged delivery of methamphetamine.

According to Flora PD, bail has been set at $200,000 for 44-year-old Robert Sherman, of Flora, and $30,000 for 22-year-old Trinity Payne, of Louisville.

Both Sherman and Payne were arrested Saturday by Flora Police and Task Force officials with the assistance of the Clay County State’s Attorney’s Office.

They both are being held in the Clay County Jail, with Payne also being held on possible charges in Marion County.
