Three people have been sentenced on various charges in Williamson County.

Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti says 53-year-old Dexter Gladney of Marion pled guilty in back in October of last year to theft, a Class 3 felony, in relation to the theft of garden equipment in June of last year. Gladney received three years in state prison and was ordered to pay restitution to the victim.

Last month, 30-year-old Jericha White of Pittsburg, pled guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony, in relation to a September 2016 arrest. She was order to serve three years in state prison.

Twenty-nine-year-old Michael B. Swink of Marion also pled guilty last month to unlawful restraint, a Class 4 felony, in relation to an arrest in September of last year. He was ordered to serve one year in state prison.

Zanotti says each investigation was handled by the Marion Police Department. Assistant State’s Attorney’s Becky Ray, Jerri Adams and Andrew Wilson contributed to the prosecution of each respective case.
