The Clinton County Humane Society has set up a straw hut on their lot in Breese. They have straw bales free for the taking to help keep outside animals warmer during the current cold snap.

If you have straw to give you can place it in the shack, as well. According to the agency, they have a generous donor who will refill their stock of straw as needed.
