Charles R. Fanning, 88, of Nason, Illinois passed away at 9:03 A.M. December 5, 2017 at his residence in Nason, Illinois. He was born September 10, 1929 in Nason, Illinois to James & Ruth (Inglett) Fanning.

There will be no visitation.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Abner Cemetery in Nason, Illinois with Reverend Victor Long officiating. Members of the Mount Vernon American Legion Post #141 will conduct Full Military Honors at the cemetery.

Interment: Abner Cemetery in Nason, Illinois.
