A 25-year-old Centralia woman was sentenced Thursday in Clinton County Court to one-year in the Illinois Department of Corrections after she pleaded guilty to a Class 4 felony charge of mob action.

Ricosha Young was given credit for 44 days served since her arrest in early October stemming from an incident at the Centralia Walmart store.

Charges of felony aggravated battery in a public place and misdemeanor criminal trespass to vehicles were dismissed in exchange for Young’s guilty plea.

Young is still facing five Class 2 felony charges in Marion County for alleged distribution of narcotics in connection with an eight month investigation into the distribution of heroin and methamphetamine in the community.
