According to court records, 47-year old Carrie A. Stevens of Trinidad, Colorado and 42-year old Chuckie W. Hardman of Greencastle, Indiana, have each been charged with Class 2 felony possession of more than 500 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver, and Class 3 felony possession of between 500 and 2,000 grams of cannabis.

Bail for Hardman has been set at $75,000 and he has been appointed a public defender. Hardman will make his first appearance with counsel for a preliminary hearing on October 20 at 11am.

Bail for Stevens has been set at $20,000. She’s waived extradition rights and requested time to hire a private attorney. Stevens’ next due in court October 20 for a preliminary hearing.
