Donald Louis Fitts, 83, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 11:55 A.M., July 28, 2017 at his residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois. FUNERAL MASS will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Saint Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois, with Father John Iffert officiating.  Burial will be held at Mound Grove Cemetery in Kankakee, Illinois at 10:00 A.M.
