CENTRALIA — A Centralia woman is facing multiple charges in Marion County Court after she reported harbored a juvenile runaway.

According to court reports, 33-year-old Heather Payne had been harboring a runaway from One Hope United for nearly a month. Centralia Police were acting on a report whenever they arrived to Payne’s home and heard her yell for the juvenile to leave. At that time, CPD also discovered marijuana paraphernalia. Payne reportedly tried to kick out a window in the police car upon her arrest.

Payne is facing charges of disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and harboring a runaway.
