The owner of the shed confirmed to police that the lock had been damaged and several items were missing. Most of those items were reportedly found inside the van. Police report they also found a drug pipe in plain view behind the passenger seat, as well as a container holding baggies, a hypodermic syringe, and a baggie containing a substance that field tested positive as methamphetamine. Both Hale and Hartnell were taken to the Marion County Jail to await the formal filing of charges and the setting of bail.
