Rose Lee Williams, 95, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 7:18 A.M.June 17, 2017 at Cisne Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Cisne, Illinois. She was born June 18, 1921 in Mount Vernon, Illinois.  A Visitation will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 at 12:30 P.M. at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens Chapel in Woodlawn, Illinois.
