(Phelps County, MO)  —  An 18-year-old is dead from an accident that happened at The Fugitive Beach over the weekend.  Kalon Green went down the waterslide and didn’t surface.  Lifeguards found him and tried to resuscitate him, but their efforts were unsuccessful.  He was pronounced dead of drowning at the Phelps County Medical Center.
