Dustin Lynch is ready for an exciting week of activity in Nashville beginning tonight, Monday, June 5th.
The city plays host to both the NHL Stanley Cup Finals between the Nashville Predators and the Pittsburgh Penguins, as well as the annual CMA Music Festival, during which he’ll make several appearances. Dustin tells us the energy in Music City this week is going to be over-the-top.
“First of all, CMA Fest is world-wide. We’ve got people from all over the world here, and then also we have the biggest sporting event I guess for the time for the week going on here too on top of that. I’d hate to be a police officer these next couple weeks in Nashville. They’re gonna have their hands full, but I think it’s just gonna add to the excitement. I think also both the NHL and the CMA Fest will kind of benefit from each other because you’re gonna see so much NHL in the town that people from all over the world are here seeing that and vice versa so I think it’s gonna be an amazing thing. Fingers crossed I get to go to the game. I will say that every playoff game I’ve attended we’ve won. I want to put that out there anybody with an extra ticket. If we get in a pinch holler at your boy.”
Game Four of the finals is tonight at Bridgestone Arena.
Dustin’s CMA Fest schedule includes a performance at the Grand Ole Opry tomorrow night, Tuesday, June 6th, Nissan Stadium on Friday, June 9th and a Vevo show on Saturday, June 10th at 12th & Porter.
He will also appear at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday, June 7th. The show will be broadcast live on the cable network beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
