FGL and the Chainsmokers set to play the CMT Awards

The duos of Florida Georgia Line and The Chainsmokers will pair up for a cross-genre performance at the CMT Music Awards, which will also include performances by Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, and Lady Antebellum with Earth, Wind & Fire.

The show will take place in Nashville on June 7th. Florida Georgia Line sing with The Chainsmokers on their new album on a song called “Last Day Alive,” which they’ll perform live on the show. Keith and Carrie will re-team for their current hit, “The Fighter.” Previously announced CMT Music Awards performers include Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert.

Leading award nominees are Kelsea Ballerini, Thomas Rhett and Keith. Fan voting for the show is currently underway at CMT.com.
