SALEM — A Junction City Woman was sentenced to a total of 110 years in prison in Marion County Court on Thursday. Court records indicate 47-year-old Patricia Speagle received the sentence on four Class X charges of predatory sexual assault and three counts of criminal sexual assault. .Judge Mark Kelly reportedly added an additional 10 years to the request of a 100 year sentence sought by Assistant Marion County State’s Attorney Melissa Doran. Kelly noted the additional 10 years was due to the age of the youngest victim. Speagle will have to serve 85-percent of the sentence. Speagle’s husband Gary is currently facing 18 charges of child pornography and predatory criminal sexual assault. The Speagles’ 20-year-old daughter, Dallas Holt, faces ten charges of her own. These counts include criminal sexual assault and predatory criminal sexual assault. A juvenile victim in this case, a 16-year-old male, also faces charges for victimizing the 10-year-old girl. The case unfolded in October 2016 when the Speagle’s computer was being repaired and the technician reported finding child pornography to authorities.
