(SALEM, IL) — Bail has been set at $100,000 for a 41-year-old Sandoval man charged in Marion County Court Thursday morning with felony burglary. Curtis G. Hull is charged with Class 1 felony residential burglary. He was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday and formally charged Thursday morning. At the time of his latest arrest, Hull was free on recognizance bonds in two separate 2015 Marion County cases charging him with three Class 2 felony counts of burglary. He remains in the Marion County Jail since his latest arrest. If he’s again released on bond, he’s to have no contact with the alleged victim or her residence. Hull indicated he will hire a private attorney. The case is scheduled for a May 10 preliminary hearing. The two earlier cases are set for June 14 pre-trial hearings.
