(MCLEANSBORO, IL) — A McLeansboro man is charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding officers, speeding and several other motor vehicle violations after McLeansboro Police tried to stop him Thursday.  According to a police report, 37-year-old James B. Robinson refused to stop after he saw and heard officers trying to get him to stop.  Robinson was involved in a single vehicle crash on a rural county road and was taken into custody without incident and charged. He was not injured. Robinson is being held in White County Jail on no bond. Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies assisted McLeansboro Police with the incident.
