(SALEM, IL) — Bail has been set at $15,000 for a 21-year-old Walnut Hill man who is reportedly the fifth person arrested for drug activity at one Marion County home. Jacoby Wilson was charged Wednesday morning in Marion County court with Class 3 felonies for manufacture with the intent to distribute between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis and possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, as well as Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance. Wilson was arrested as part of an investigation that resulted in the apprehension of four others last month at the Walnut Hill home of 21-year-old Tyler Atchison. Atchison and 21-year-old Cody Pulliam were first arrested on meth and cannabis-related charges. Marion County Sheriff’s deputies returned to the home the next night and arrested 29-year-old David Jordan, and 27-year-old Nathaniel Benjamin on meth charges. Jordan, who was convicted in 2015 in Clinton County of felony aggravated battery to his girlfriend’s two-year-old daughter, is the only one of the four who has been released on bond at this time.
