Man Shot By ICE Agent On Chicago’s Northwest Side

(Chicago, IL)  —  An investigation is underway after a man was shot by a federal immigration agent on Chicago’s Northwest Side.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say agents were attempting to serve an arrest warrant yesterday morning at a home in the 61-hundred block of West Grand Avenue when the victim pointed a gun at them.  One of the agents shot the man in the arm, sending him to the hospital in serious condition.  A lawyer for the victim claims the shooting wasn’t justified.
