(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Mt. Vernon Police Department is seeking to identify a person in connection with a retail theft that occurred on February 15th at the Mt. Vernon Walmart store. A surveillance photo of the person in question has been posted on the Official WMIX Facebook page. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mt.
