Cecil Wayne Campbell, 80, of Mt. Vernon, died 8:31 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at his home in Mt. Vernon. Funeral services for Cecil Campbell will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with the Rev. Randy Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Boyd Cemetery in Boyd. Friends may call at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon from 11 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
