Vernon man arrested on a Jefferson County warrant late Friday night was formally charged Monday in Jefferson County Court with multiple felonies related to the warrant as well as new charges stemming from the arrest. Terrance Williams was arrested by Mt. Vernon police Friday while in a bar on Broadway.
