Willard Gene Miller, 72, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 3:20 A.M., Saturday, January 30, 2016 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois.

In honor of his wishes Mr. Miller will be cremated and no services will be held.
