(Cahokia, IL) — It’s been more than two weeks since Christopher Stasiak disappeared after heading out for a day of hunting and authorities have no firm clues to his whereabouts. Searchers have returned several times to the swampy area just outside Cahokia where Stasiak was dropped off with his bow-hunting gear January 11th, but have turned up no trace. Police say their investigation found nothing to indicate Stasiak may have staged his disappearance, although he was wanted for not paying a fine stemming from a drunk driving conviction.
