(SALEM, IL) — A 48-year-old Sandoval parolee is in the Marion County Jail facing multiple meth-related felonies following his arrest by Marion County Sheriff’s deputies. Wallace H. Kaufman was formally charged Thursday morning in Marion County Court with Class 1 felony aggravated delivery of less than 5-grams of methamphetamine in a protected structure, and two counts Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance.
