(Highland, IL) — Highland Police are searching for a missing teenage girl. Samantha Haller was last seen yesterday afternoon in the 125 hundred block of Illinois Route 143. She was wearing a white short sleeved shirt and black and white pants. The girl was carrying a duffel bag and two backpacks.
