Betty L. Russell, 92, of Dix, Illinois, passed away at 9:20 A.M., Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin, Illinois. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 15, 2016 at in the Chapel at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois, with Pastor David Houseworth officiating.
