(Bethalto, IL) — The pastor and an elder of a Bethalto church face criminal charges after cameras were secretly installed in a changing room of the place of worship. David Von Bergen is charged with several offenses including unauthorized video recording. Pastor Kale Henson was charged with obstructing justice. Police say Von Bergen placed cameras in the Zion Lutheran Church. Authorities believe that Pastor Henson agreed to get rid of the memory cards.
