(East St. Louis, IL) — Police in East St. Louis have a “person of interest” in the deadly New Year’s Eve shooting of a teen. Sixteen-year-old Johnnie Brim was shot and killed December 31st as he sat on the front porch of an area home. The “Post Dispatch” reports one person is in custody and currently being questioned.
