(Chicago, IL) — Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke is pleading not guilty in the shooting death of Laquan McDonald. Van Dyke entered the plea yesterday during his arraignment. He’s facing six counts of first-degree murder and one count of official misconduct in the 17-year-old’s death.
