(Belleville, IL) — The Metro East will receive help from the state of Illinois to deal with problems related to flooding. Governor Bruce Rauner has issued a disaster proclamation for seven counties that cover the Metro East. The counties include Calhoun, Jackson, Jersey, Madison, Monroe, Randolph and St. Clair.
