(East St. Louis, IL) — Two suspects are in police custody after they were accused of shooting a man to death in East St. Louis. Authorities say Ralph Collier was gunned downed Monday afternoon in the 13 hundred block of 37th Street. Another man was wounded in the shooting. Police say Collier was involved in an argument with two men in a store’s parking lot before the crime happened. Two people identified as “persons of interest” were taken into custody yesterday.
