(O’Fallon, IL) — Metro East police are searching for a pair of credit card thieves. O’Fallon, Illinois police say a female suspect would distract shoppers while the male suspect walks up from behind and steals the cards from the victims. They have been involved in several thefts. There have been no threats of force or violence during any of the incidents.
