(Grand Chain , IL) — Two drivers are dead following a car crash in Pulaski County. Authorities say two vehicles collided head-on yesterday on Route 37, between Grand Chain and Olmsted. Warren McKinney was pronounced dead at the scene while Mike Holmes died at the hospital.
