Vernon, will open new offices in West Frankfort for its Community Connections Counseling and Professional Services Center on Monday, Jan. 4. Offices will be located in the Morthland College Medical Services building, located at 309 W. St. Louis St. It will serve the surrounding communities of Franklin and Marion counties. Community Connections is open to the public, serving individuals, families and groups of all ages. Officials say they are scheduling appointments now for Tuesdays and Thursdays at the new location.
