Report: Fewer Paid Days Off In Illinois

(Chicago, IL) — Just about everyone who doesn’t work retail can expect to have Thanksgiving off, but there could soon be fewer guaranteed days of Illinois. A new survey from Illinois Chamber of Commerce says Illinois workers next year will get eight-point-eight paid days off each year. That’s down a tiny fraction from this year. The Chamber says the most popular paid day off is New Years’ Day, the least popular is New Years’ Eve.
