Weather forecasters say there’s a flash flood watch from this morning until 6 a.m. tomorrow for an area stretching from Central Illinois south to the Gulf of Mexico. Up to five inches of rain is anticipated locally. But things could start drying out tomorrow when there’s only a slight chance of showers.
