(Cahokia, IL) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened during a home invasion in unincorporated Cahokia. The incident happened yesterday morning on the 100 block of Amelia Drive. Police say Jermion Conley was killed during the break in. Authorities believe the crime was not random. They also think the victim and the suspect knew each other. The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis is investigating the case.
