Funeral Services for Melvin Doggan will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church 1026 Newby Avenue in Mt. Vernon, IL with Rev. William Ronald Lash and Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Woodlawn.
