Rauner: Budget In 60 To 90 Days

(Quincy, IL) — Governor Bruce Rauner is predicting a budget by the end of the year, or the end of January at the latest. The governor told a crowd in Quincy he expects the battle in Springfield to continue for 60 to 90 days. Illinois was supposed to have a budget at the end of May. The state was constitutionally required to have a budget by the end June.
