(MT. VERNON, IL) — Judge James “Randy” Moore announced his intention to seek election to the Southern Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court on Tuesday in front of the 5th District Court House. State Senator Dave Luechtefeld was present and is serving as Judge Moore’s campaign chairman. The senator voiced his support in Moore, noting his dedication, fairness, and integrity. Judge Moore had among family and friends present chairman Richard Stubblefield and Mayor Bob Butler.
