ISU Receives Large Grant To Help At-Risk Youth

(Normal, IL) — Illinois State University is being awarded a large amount of money to help at-risk youth in Champaign County. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is providing the school with a five-million-dollar federal grant to help establish the Champaign Area Relationship Education for Youth program. The program is aimed at youths 15 to 24-years-old.
