(East St. Louis, IL) — A Belleville lawyer is taking on Donald Trump. Not Trump the Republican presidential candidate, but Trump, the owner of a chain of hotels whose payment system was recently hacked. John Driscoll’s lawsuit contends that negligence allowed a bug to be placed in the hotels’ system, exposing his credit card number and other personal information to hackers. Driscoll’s suit claims he stayed numerous times at Trump hotels in New York and Chicago.
