(MT. VERNON, IL) — Three individuals were pleaded guilty to Class X meth-related felonies in separate cases according to Jefferson County State’s Attorney Douglas R. Hoffman. 24 year old Kegan R. Graham of Mt. Vernon pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 16 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. 23 year old William G. Flanders of Mt. Vernon pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 14 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. 57 year old Luanne M. Moore of Mt. Vernon also pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
