(St. Clair County, IL) — One of the westbound lanes of Interstate 64 in St. Clair County is now back open after an overnight tanker truck accident. The driver was killed. Illinois State Police say witnesses claim they saw the truck weaving in and out of traffic, striking several orange construction barrels before it overturned. The vehicle was carrying liquid nitrogen but was not leaking. Nobody else was hurt.
