(Champaign, IL) — Former University of Illinois Chancellor Phyllis Wise is expected to begin teaching at the school next semester. “The Champaign News-Gazette” reports Wise plans to fill in her new role this spring in the Department of Molecular and Integrative Physiology. She became a professor after resigning as Chancellor early last month. Barbara Wilson was named as the interim. It is not yet known what course Wise will be teaching.
