Man Flashes Gun At Planned Parenthood Protesters

(Aurora, IL) — An Indiana man will not be charged with felonies after he pulled out a handgun as he walked past protesters at a Planned Parenthood facility in Aurora. Clifton Ratney admitted showing the gun to protesters Saturday as he accompanied a woman inside. He was arrested, but police say he produced a valid concealed carry license from Indiana, though no Illinois non-resident license. He’s charged with a misdemeanor count of unlawful use of a weapon.
